Our Vision and Mission

Vision: By being the threshold for information and education, as well as the advocacy voice for the hotel or restaurant business in Nigeria, we provide the best services for our guests, conducive and continued employment for our employees and good and satisfying returns on our members investments.


Mission: "To protect and serve the best interest of our members and the hospitality industry as a whole".

The Association's three critical objectives and tactical initiatives focus is:

  • To benefit the members.
  • Grow membership.
  • And serve as the voice of the industry.

 

Annual Hotel Lobby

Brings the Association at the state level and the legislative arm of government together annually to rub minds with the objective of helping hoteliers:
Become politically active at the local level.
Develop new and identify pre-existing relationships with Members of the State House of Assembly.
And get involved in the association’s legislative activities.

 

HOPESEA Awards

An annual non profit, non partisan event to reward individual and corporate contributions to the growth development and stability of the hospitality industry in Nigeria.. It is participatory. So get involved.

About Us

The Hotel and Personal Services Employers’ Association of Nigeria has been representing the hotels, restaurants and catering industry for about 31 years. The Association exists to ensure that the views of the Nigerian hospitality industry are represented in a forceful, coherent and co-ordinated way to government and policy makers in Nigeria and internationally, in order that its members' businesses can flourish.
